Terms and Conditions
These terms set out how NEXO TEKKO LTD sells mobile telephones and related products, and what you can expect from us at each stage of an order.
Last updated: 4 September 2026. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
1. About us
This website, nexotekko.co.uk, is operated by NEXO TEKKO LTD, a company registered in England. We are a retail supplier of new and certified refurbished mobile telephones and related accessories.
Our registered and trading address is Unit C Blackett Street, Piccadilly Business Centre, Aldow Enterprise Park, Manchester, England, M12 6AE. You can reach us by email at support@nexotekko.co.uk or by telephone on 07472 115740.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every enquiry, quote and order between you and NEXO TEKKO LTD unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us.
Consumers and business customers
Where a term applies only to consumers or only to business customers, this is stated. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
3. Placing an order
Product listings and prices on this website are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Stock changes frequently and availability is confirmed at the point of quotation.
- You send us an enquiry describing the device or quantity you need.
- We issue a written quote setting out the model, condition grade, storage, included items and total price.
- A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing after receiving payment or an agreed purchase order.
If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because stock has sold — we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.
4. Products and condition grading
We supply both new and certified refurbished devices. New devices are supplied sealed by the manufacturer. Refurbished devices are pre-owned handsets that have been tested, cleaned, data-wiped and graded by us.
Condition grades
- New — sealed, unused, supplied with the manufacturer's original contents.
- Grade A — excellent cosmetic condition, no visible marks at normal viewing distance.
- Grade B — light cosmetic marks that do not affect use or display quality.
- Grade C — visible cosmetic wear, fully functional, priced accordingly.
Refurbished handsets are supplied with a charging cable unless stated otherwise; original boxes and manufacturer accessories are not guaranteed. Battery health for refurbished devices is stated in the quote and condition report.
Product photographs on this website are illustrative. The exact appearance of a device may differ, and any cosmetic marks relevant to your specific unit are described in the condition report supplied with your quote.
5. Prices and payment
Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Prices are subject to change and are only fixed once confirmed in a written quote, which remains valid for the period stated on it.
Payment is required in full before dispatch unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing. Where agreed account terms apply, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
We may charge interest on overdue business invoices at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using a tracked service. Estimated dispatch and delivery timescales are given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless we have confirmed a specific date in writing.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to us receiving payment in full.
Please check your delivery on arrival. Any shortage, incorrect item or transit damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve it with the carrier.
7. Cancellation and returns
Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Tell us you wish to cancel by email or telephone, then return the device within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the device.
Business customers
Returns from business customers are accepted where goods are faulty or not as described. Change-of-mind returns on bulk or configured orders are at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking charge, which we will confirm in advance.
Before you return a device
- Back up any data you wish to keep — we cannot recover data from returned devices.
- Sign out of and remove any account or activation lock from the handset.
- Include all items supplied with the device.
8. Warranty
Every handset we sell carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults arising from normal use, including battery capacity falling materially below the level stated in your condition report.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, including cracked screens and crush or impact damage.
- Liquid ingress.
- Faults caused by unauthorised repair, disassembly or modification.
- Cosmetic wear that develops after delivery.
- Consumable accessories such as cables and cases beyond any shorter period stated at the point of sale.
To make a claim, contact us with your order reference and a description of the fault. Where a claim is valid we will repair the device, replace it with one of equivalent specification and grade, or refund it, at our reasonable option. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
9. Your data and this website
When you contact us we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message — solely so that we can respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, fulfil an order and provide aftercare.
We do not sell your details to third parties. We share data only with service providers who need it to complete your order, such as delivery carriers and payment processors.
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@nexotekko.co.uk.
The enquiry form on this website is provided for demonstration purposes and does not transmit data to a server. Please email or telephone us to submit a live enquiry.
10. Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Essential storage is used to remember your cookie choice so that the consent notice is not shown on every visit.
You may accept or decline non-essential cookies using the notice shown on your first visit. Declining does not restrict your use of the site. You can clear your browser storage at any time to reset your choice.
11. Intellectual property
The NEXO TEKKO name, logo, site design, text and layout are owned by or licensed to NEXO TEKKO LTD. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
Manufacturer names, model names and trade marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we supply.
12. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
For consumers, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For business customers, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss.
You are responsible for backing up your own data before sending a device to us or transferring to a new handset.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Email support@nexotekko.co.uk with your order reference and a description of the problem.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and to provide a full response within ten working days.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
